Our Process
Share Your Vision
Send us the details of what you have in mind for your embroidery project. Pictures of the design, font preferences, colors… the more information the better! We will work with you to establish the scope of work and make sure you get what you want!
Quote Approval/Order Placed
We will evaluate the embroidery request and send you a quote for the services required to deliver the best version of the product that you are looking for. Once you approve the quote and payment is cleared, the order is officially placed and we will begin working on it!
Embroidery
Our turnaround is generally 1-2 weeks, but can vary depending on the order size and complexity. If items need to be ordered in, the turnaround time will likely be on the longer end. We will keep you updated about the timeline of your order. If you need items sooner, let us know and we are happy to work with you.
Pick-up/Delivery
You will receive a notification via your preferred method of contact that your order is ready for pick-up. If you requested delivery, we will let you know your order’s ETA.
